Dawson after he inspected the site regarding the condition of the grounds and the lack of adequate finish detail, saying: “The walks are hardly anywhere fitted to the adjoining grounds…What stands for Turf is everywhere miserably poor. I presume its improvement however will have to be accomplished gradually.
